Overview of Elbow
Elbow is a kind of connecting pipe fitting commonly used in water heating installation. It connects two pipes with the same or different nominal diameters to make the pipeline turn at a certain angle. The nominal pressure is 1-1.6Mpa.It also has other names, such as 90° elbow, right angle elbow, Elbow, stamping elbow, pressing elbow, machine elbow, welding elbow, etc.
Use of flange: connect two pipes with the same or different nominal diameters to make the pipeline turn 90°, 45°, 180° and various degrees.
How to distinguish elbow radius and elbow from elbow:
Bending radius less than or equal to 1.5 times of pipe diameter belongs to elbow.
1.5 times larger than the pipe diameter is a bend.
Short radius elbow means that the curvature radius of the elbow is one time of the pipe diameter, also known as 1D.
