Overview
Hot rolled round bar is a strong, tough, ductile, formable and weldable steel material that can be used for numerous types of applications. It also provides a rougher surface and can be easily shaped and formed. HR steel round bar stock is generally easy to drill and form while maintaining excellent mechanical properties. It is also characterized by its unique radius corners, compared to the sharp corners of cold rolled steel. It also maintains very good mechanical properties and is easy to fabricate.

Manufacturing Process of Carbon Steel Bar
The round bars are made from ingots and are processed after giving required reduction ratio and discarding hot top and bottom for homogeneity. They are either processed by hot rolling or hot forging. These bars are further heat treated by Annealing, Normalizing, Stress Relieving, Quenchin and Tempering, Spheroidizing Annealing.
They are also offered in bright condition by Peeling and Reeling (for up to 190mm for rolled), Cold drawing (for up to 95mm), Proof machining (greater than 100mm), Finish CNC machining, They are also offered in Cut to length, Multiple lengths.
