Four manufacturing processes of metal stamping
● Cold stamping: the process flow of stamping die (including punching machine, blanking, blank pressing, cutting, etc.) to keep thick plates separated.
● Bending: the process flow that the stamping die rolls the thick plate into a certain visual angle and appearance along the bending line.
● Drawing: the stamping die changes the thick plate in the plan into various hollow pieces with openings, or further changes the process flow of the appearance and specification of hollow pieces.
● Local forming: stamping die process (including groove pressing, bulging, leveling, shaping and decoration processes) Changing various locally deformed blanks with different characteristics.
